Glastonbury Festival tickets to go on sale from October 3rd 2019
Glastonbury Festival, arguably the world’s most iconic music festival has announced when festival-goers will be able to purchase their tickets for the Somerset festival.
You’ll want to save a date in your diary for 24th until the 28th of June as that’s when next year’s festival has been confirmed to take place.
The 2020 iteration of the the festival will be the 50th, with Glastonbury starting out in 1970 after creator Michael Eavis found himself inspired watching Led Zeppelin at the Bath Festival of Blues.
When do Glastonbury Festival 2020 tickets go on sale?
Glastonbury Festival tickets will officially go on sale at 6pm BST on Thursday, 3rd October.
The first phase on sales are for those who wish to purchase a Glastonbury Festival ticket alongside a coach ticket.
General Admission tickets will go on sale at 9am BST on Sunday, 6th October.
How do I register for tickets?
To register for a Glastonbury Festival ticket you will need to visit www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk and provide the required details, free of charge.
If you have registered in previous years you will not need to re-register.
Registration closes at 5pm on Monday, 30th September, after which you cannot register until after the October ticket sales.
How much do tickets cost?
In 2019 Glastonbury Festival tickets cost £248 + £5 booking fee. We fully expect the price to remain somewhere around that range.
